Your Mission

• Manage and maintain infrastructure by designing and building cloud-based or cloud-native systems and services.
• Utilize scripting and automation tools to streamline infrastructure management as code and enhance provisioning.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize resource usage to boost efficiency.
• Integrate and configure on-premises applications and infrastructure for cloud platforms.
• Optimize cloud resources and costs effectively.
• Process tickets and provide comprehensive infrastructure support.
• Create detailed documentation and user manuals.
• Participate in on-call services to ensure continuous operations year-round.
• Engage in IT projects, contributing to their management and execution.

Your Profile

• A degree in IT or a strong passion for technology coupled with a willingness to learn.
• Experience in cloud architecture, administration, or development.
• Strong understanding of network protocols such as TCP/IP, VPN, and DNS, along with Linux/Windows system administration skills.
• Proficiency in automation tools like Terraform and Ansible.
• Experience with Azure, AWS, and M365 platforms.
• Familiarity with K8S, Kafka, Secrets management, and ELK.
• Project management education or skills in IT project management would be advantageous.
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style.
• Strong customer focus and service orientation.
• Good command of English (spoken & written); German is a plus.
