Your Mission

• Infrastructure management: Design, build, and maintain cloud-based or cloud-native systems and services.
• Automation & deployment: Utilize scripting and automation tools to manage infrastructure as code and streamline provisioning.
• Monitoring and optimization: Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize resource usage to enhance efficiency.
• Migration: Integrate and configure on-premises applications and infrastructure to cloud platforms.
• Cost optimization: Enhance cloud resources and manage costs effectively.
• Support: Process tickets and provide infrastructure support.
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation and user manuals.
• On-call service: Participate in on-call service to ensure 24/7/365 operations.
• IT Projects: Participate in and manage various IT projects.

Your Profile

• Completed education in IT or a strong passion for technology with a willingness to learn.
• Experience in cloud architecture, administration, or development.
• Strong understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, VPN, DNS) and Linux/Windows system administration.
• Proficiency in automation tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
• Experience with Azure, AWS, and M365.
• Familiarity with K8S, Kafka, secrets management, and ELK.
• Project management education or IT project management skills are advantageous.
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style.
• Strong customer and service orientation.
• Good English skills (spoken and written); German language proficiency is a plus.
