We are currently seeking a Cloud Platform and Migration Specialist for our IT Operations area. If you demonstrate initiative and stand out through your commitment, skills, and passion for your work, this position may be perfect for you.

What You Will Do

  • Ensure the continuous evolution and utilization of our cloud platform by the cloud application teams.
  • Design the architecture and develop the cloud infrastructure for new and migrating applications.
  • Support the operation and optimize cloud applications in terms of cost, resilience, security, and DevOps practices.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to identify new needs and ensure services meet requirements.
  • Promote continuous improvement in quality, cost, and delivery time.

What You Bring

  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related engineering field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in developing and operating cloud platform capabilities related to FinOps, Security, Compliance, Regulatory, and Resilience for Azure and AWS.
  • Experience with tools such as Palo Alto Prisma Cloud, IBM Cloudability, Rubrik Cyber Recovery, Azure Policies, Qualys, Azure Advisor, and Azure Defender for Cloud.
  • A minimum of 7 years in building Azure & AWS cloud applications using IaaS and PaaS services, especially AKS/EKS, Azure Function App, and AWS Lambda.
  • Experience in migrating applications to Azure from initial assessment to operational support using suitable migration strategies.
  • Proficiency in setting up and operating cloud applications, focusing on backup/restore, multi-regional disaster recovery, and incident management.
  • Over 10 years of experience in delivering services with offshore and nearshore providers, complemented by excellent communication skills.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken; knowledge of German is a plus.
