Your Role - What Awaits You

We are looking for a Cloud Managed Services Engineer to join our Cloud Services Team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing end-to-end management and technical support to troubleshoot various complex networking issues reported by customers on the Versa hosted platform/solution.

• Assist customers in resolving reported product and network issues of varying complexity
• Replicate customer issues in a laboratory environment
• Collaborate with the engineering team to test and validate potential solutions
• Address a diverse range of problems across all Versa Networks solutions
• Manage incident and ticket lifecycles
• Set up infrastructure as needed
• Create informative knowledge articles
• Develop scripts using Bash/Python

Your Skills - What You Bring

• Solid knowledge of the VersaOne Platform (SASE, Security Service Edge, Advanced Security, Secure Network)
• Minimum two years of project implementation experience on the VersaOne Platform
• Expert-level proficiency in ROUTING, OSPF & BGP, MPLS, L3 VPN
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP protocol suite, SFW, NGFW
• Competent understanding of IPSec VPN/SSL-VPN/NAT/GRE
• Hands-on experience with anti-virus software, intrusion detection, firewalls, and content control
• Knowledge of security logs, vulnerabilities, CVEs, and threat mapping
• Experience in perimeter security, endpoint security, and web/email security
• Working knowledge of Linux/Unix environments
• Good grasp of virtualization, SaaS, IaaS, and related technologies
• DevOps skills, including alerts monitoring and issue remediation
• Strong diagnostic capabilities for complex server or network issues
• Flexibility to work in 24x7 rotational shifts
• Experience in debugging hardware and software issues in a multi-vendor, multi-protocol network environment
• Experience in threat analysis and security incident handling
• Log source onboarding for on-premise/cloud environments
• Prior experience in a TAC environment is a plus

Must-Have Skills

• Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent (Master's preferred)
• Advanced routing/switching skills or CCNP/CCIE certification or equivalent experience
• Versa certification (SD-WAN Associate / SD-WAN Specialist)
• Fluency in English
