Clinical Support Specialist Orthopaedics- German-speaking part of Switzerland

We are currently seeking a dynamic and communicative individual to join our Orthopaedics / Joint Reconstruction team as a Clinical Support Specialist. This role is available for immediate appointment, and we encourage motivated candidates eager to thrive in an innovative economic environment.

As a Clinical Support Specialist, you will provide expert advice to orthopaedists, operating room managers, and surgical staff during orthopaedic procedures. In collaboration with sales consultants, you will play a pivotal role in the coordination and organization of high-quality products, ensuring their correct application. Additionally, you will identify business opportunities and relay valuable insights to the sales team.

Objectives of the Position:

  • Provide advisory support to clients before, during, and after procedures in the orthopaedics / joint reconstruction sector.
  • Coordinate logistical aspects of interventions.
  • Organize and implement training events (workshops, customer training) for clinical staff and medical professionals.
  • Establish long-term relationships with physicians, operating room staff, and other decision-makers.
  • Optimize inventory management and enhance logistical efficiency.

Your Profile:

  • Completed training as a technical or surgical specialist (scrub nurse) is advantageous.
  • Several years of experience in a medical and surgical environment.
  • Solid knowledge of surgery and orthopaedics.
  • Strong service orientation with a professional demeanor.
  • Customer-focused mindset.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel within your region.
  • Determination, self-motivation, and a proactive approach.
  • Creative thinking and adaptability to change.
  • Independent, dynamic, resilient, and entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Fluent in German with good English skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
