Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team at Coltene. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing the knowledge and engagement of our Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) through tailored training and communication efforts. Your contributions will play a vital role in keeping our KOLs informed, connected, and actively promoting our brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Coltene KOLs with appropriate materials and training, such as Speaker Training Packets during new product launches, ensuring they are consistently aligned with our messaging.
  • Keep KOLs regularly informed about our strategy, company updates, and upcoming events to foster a sense of connection and belonging.
  • Approve and coordinate KOL education event assignments that involve global travel, managing all necessary training materials, including content, presentations, and training kits.
  • Create and manage the Coltene University Program to support strategies in Endodontics, Restorative, and E2R workflows while building loyalty among future customers.
  • Collaborate closely with Business Unit Directors, Marcom, the Marketing Director, and Product Managers to develop effective training materials that align with business strategies and new product launches.
  • Develop annual Coltene CE plans and Train the Trainer activities in AG, KG, and other regions as appropriate.
  • Provide quarterly reports on CE activities and metrics to measure return on investment.
  • Work with local teams to support their employee training needs regarding dental professional education and procedural knowledge.
  • Actively participate in Academy development by improving processes, driving innovation, and increasing visibility of Clinical Education activities.

Qualifications

  • Completed basic vocational training in a relevant field such as commercial, marketing, dental, or event management.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in event management, with a strong understanding of dental concepts as a significant advantage.
  • Proficient verbal and written communication skills in both German and English.
  • Confident in interpersonal interactions and passionate about building relationships.
  • Capable of creating high-quality training programs encompassing logistics and KOL management.
