Job Description
At Coltene, we are seeking a dedicated professional to enhance our engagement with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in the dental industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for strategic planning and execution of KOL education and training initiatives to support our brand effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure KOLs are provided with appropriate materials and training, such as Speaker Training Packets at new product launches, to maintain on-message advocacy for our brand.
- Keep KOLs regularly informed and engaged with our corporate strategy, upcoming events, and initiatives.
- Approve and coordinate KOL education event assignments that involve global travel, managing the necessary training materials, including content, presentations, and training kits.
- Create and manage the Coltene University Program to support Endodontics, Restorative, and E2R workflow strategies, fostering loyalty among future customers.
- Collaborate closely with Business Unit Directors, Marketing Communications, the Marketing Director, and Product Managers to ensure the delivery of relevant training materials that support our business strategies and new product launches.
- Develop annual Coltene Continuing Education (CE) plans and Train the Trainer activities in AG, KG, and other regions as appropriate.
- Provide quarterly reports on CE activities and metrics to measure return on investment (ROI).
- Work with local teams to address their training needs regarding dental professional education and procedural knowledge.
- Actively participate in the development of our Academy by improving processes, fostering innovation, and increasing visibility for Clinical Education initiatives.
Qualifications
- Completed basic vocational training in a commercial, marketing, dental, event management, or a similar field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in event management, with dental knowledge considered a significant advantage.
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills in both German and English are essential.
- Self-assured in interpersonal interactions and eager to expand professional networks.
- Able to coordinate high-quality training initiatives, from logistics to KOL management.
