Internal Title: Senior Associate, Clinical Data Strategy
As a Senior Associate in Clinical Data Strategy, you will play a pivotal role in implementing high-quality data strategy planning within clinical programs. This position supports downstream clinical assessment identification and selection, enhances data collection consistency, and facilitates robust decision-making across the Translational Medicine portfolio. You will contribute to the development and execution of Data Strategy Plans to ensure alignment of data collection with scientific and operational objectives.

Expected Annual Base Salary Range for Role:
CHF 93,800.00 - CHF 174,200.00 Annual
The base salary is determined based on objective criteria, including relevant skills, competencies, and experience. It will be reviewed periodically upon joining Novartis.
In addition to your base salary, you may be eligible for a performance-based bonus depending on specific performance metrics.
