Position Overview
Our Creative Excellence team in Geneva, renowned for its expertise in quantitative advertising research, is seeking a Client Service Director. This role thrives in a multicultural and collaborative environment that promotes diversity and inclusion. The Client Service Director will collaborate closely with dynamic creative advisors and partner with prominent international clients across various product and service categories throughout the creative excellence journey.
This position allows for some flexibility, including a mix of office-based work (3 days a week) and remote work.
Main Responsibilities
- Contribute to and drive turnover to meet budget goals for the team.
- Retain and grow business relationships with a focus on key structural clients.
- Contribute to the commercial roadmap and oversee commercial activations.
- Develop a deep understanding of the client’s organization and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Leadership Role
- Lead the Creative Excellence team by managing performance, optimizing workload, and ensuring team accountability.
- Mentor team members to enhance expertise through regular feedback and organized training sessions.
- Collaborate closely with the project management team.
Client Consultancy
- Deliver high-level consultancy to clients throughout their creative excellence journey, from early-stage development to in-market evaluation.
- Analyze category and business dynamics to understand client needs and shape the most relevant research and learning plan.
- Work collaboratively with other Ipsos service lines and global dedicated teams to provide a holistic perspective to clients.
- Serve as a trusted creative advisor and partner for clients.

Desired Skills and Experience
Essential:
- University degree in marketing/market research, social sciences, communication sciences, or a related field.
- A minimum of 10 years of professional experience in market research agencies.
- Strong client management skills with a proven ability to deliver exceptional service.
- Commercial excellence acumen.
- Exceptional communication skills, enabling effective interaction with various internal and external senior stakeholders.
- Solid market analysis skills, translating data into insights.
- Fluent in English.
- A curious, proactive, and entrepreneurial mindset.
- A collaborative and supportive attitude.
Desirable:
- International outlook and multicultural orientation with strong interpersonal communication skills.
- A passion for creativity, advertising, touchpoints, media, and digital, with professional experience in these areas.
- Additional language skills beyond English are a plus.
