Client Representative / Construction Project Manager as Department Head (90-100%, m/f/d)
Responsibilities
- As a leadership-experienced department head in construction and planning, you will collaborate closely with the management.
- You will oversee leadership, development, and organization.
- Your role will entail taking overall responsibility for renovation, conversion, and new construction projects.
- You will represent the clients, ensuring adherence to schedule, cost, and quality control.
- You will create renovation and investment plans, ensuring the sustainable maintenance of the building's substance and value.
- Depending on your interest and suitability, there is a possibility of advancing to a management role.
- The workload can be adjusted, with options for 90% or 100% commitment based on your preferences.
Requirements
- You possess qualifications as a construction or real estate expert, such as a degree in architecture (ETH/FH), civil engineering, or real estate development/economics.
- Substantial experience in client representation and project development for demanding construction projects is essential.
- A thorough understanding of Swiss construction and planning law and standards is crucial.
- You thrive in interdisciplinary work, are communicative, confident in negotiations, and adopt both an entrepreneurial and economic mindset.
