Job Opportunity: Client Relationship Lead in IT and Digital Transformation

In this position, you will lead client relationships and support the delivery of strategic IT and digital transformation programs across the Retail and Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) sector. Collaborating closely with senior business and technology stakeholders, you will help define business objectives and translate them into measurable outcomes through the application of enterprise platforms and emerging technologies.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Drive IT & Digital Strategy: Shape and execute digital transformation programs by aligning client objectives with technology-led innovation across areas such as cloud, enterprise applications, analytics, and automation.
  • Industry & Business Development: Leverage your understanding of retail operations and consumer goods processes to identify new opportunities, develop client roadmaps, and contribute to revenue growth within strategic accounts.
  • Consultative Engagement: Lead client discussions with a value-based approach, connecting enterprise capabilities and technology solutions to outcomes such as revenue growth, cost optimization, and customer experience improvement.
  • Delivery & Account Governance: Collaborate with global delivery teams to ensure seamless project execution and alignment with client expectations. Oversee program performance, quality standards, and customer satisfaction.
  • Ecosystem Collaboration: Work closely with technology alliances and product partners to support the design of industry-relevant solutions and go-to-market strategies.
  • Client Relationship Management: Foster trusted, long-term relationships with clients by providing strategic guidance, proactive communication, and a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Revenue Management & Business Ownership: Take end-to-end responsibility for account-level financials, including revenue forecasting, profitability, and pipeline growth.

Your Profile

  • Swiss or EU/EFTA citizenship, or valid work authorization for Switzerland
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT sales, client management, or digital transformation roles
  • Strong understanding of Retail and Consumer Goods business models and digital trends
  • Proven experience managing enterprise accounts and large-scale transformation programs
  • Ability to translate complex business challenges into actionable technology solutions
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills (English required; German or French is an advantage)
  • Strategic mindset, team orientation, and a focus on measurable outcomes
