As we broaden our presence in Switzerland, we are seeking a dynamic Client Partner to spearhead impactful engagements with our strategic clients in the Retail & Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) sectors.

Your Role

As a Client Partner at Tech Mahindra, you will be instrumental in propelling innovation and growth within the Retail and CPG sector. Acting as a trusted advisor to Swiss clients, you will lead strategic discussions on digital transformation, IT services, and business process solutions—utilizing technologies such as cloud infrastructure, enterprise platforms (SAP, Kronos, ServiceNow), AI/GenAI, omnichannel commerce, and sustainability.

Your strong consultative mindset, deep domain expertise, and ability to translate complex technologies into actionable business outcomes will be key to reinforcing our presence in the Swiss market.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Drive IT & Digital Strategy: Assist clients in navigating their transformation journeys by aligning Tech Mahindra’s complete portfolio—including cloud, enterprise applications, BPS, automation, and cybersecurity—with their strategic objectives.
  • Leverage Industry Expertise: Utilize your understanding of Retail & CPG processes, such as omnichannel integration, digital supply chain, inventory management, consumer insights, and master data management, to collaboratively create impactful solutions.
  • Enable Omnichannel Excellence: Support clients in providing seamless experiences across customer, distributor, and supplier interactions through advanced B2B, B2C, and B2B2C strategies.
  • Consultative & Value-Based Selling: Lead strategic discussions with a challenger and consultative sales approach, connecting Tech Mahindra’s offerings to client KPIs like revenue growth, cost reduction, and improved customer experiences.
  • New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and industry events, showcasing relevant use cases to expedite client acquisition.
  • Strategic Alliances & Ecosystem Expansion: Collaborate with global product alliances (such as SAP, ServiceNow, Salesforce) to design joint go-to-market strategies that provide added value to Swiss clients.
  • Co-Creation & Solution Design: Transform innovation into relevant use cases by working closely with clients to design and implement tailored solutions that ensure success post-deployment.
  • Global Collaboration & Delivery Oversight: Coordinate with delivery and solution teams across various geographies, particularly India, to guarantee seamless execution aligned with Swiss client expectations.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build long-lasting partnerships by exploring new areas of engagement and expanding Tech Mahindra’s presence within existing accounts.

Your Profile

  • Swiss or EU/EFTA citizenship
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s in Marketing preferred)
  • 5-7 years of experience in IT sales, client management, or transformation consulting, ideally interacting with CIO, CDO, CTO, and Procurement teams
  • In-depth knowledge of the Retail and CPG industry
  • Experience with at least 3 major Retail and CPG clients based in Switzerland (e.g., Nestlé, Migros, Lindt, Barry Callebaut) and understanding their digital transformation agendas
  • Proven track record in managing enterprise accounts and strategic engagements
  • Ability to craft compelling business cases and align technology solutions with business goals
  • Solid understanding of new-age technologies and their impact on business transformation
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strategic thinker with a growth-oriented mindset
  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written
