Position Overview
Meta is seeking an experienced consultative sales and marketing professional to help build and sell Facebook’s advertising solutions to the largest brands in the region, focusing on the FMCG vertical. This position can be located in either Berlin, Hamburg, Munich, or Zurich and is a time-limited position (STE for 1 year).
Client Partner FMCG DACH (STE 1 Year) Responsibilities
- Define and implement Facebook’s overall approach and strategy for its strategic clients in the DACH market.
- Develop, lead, and execute strategies that drive both short and long-term revenue for brand clients.
- Prospect and engage with client, media, and advertising organizations to secure performance advertising commitments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams at Facebook to structure and execute operational and strategic initiatives.
- Establish metrics to evaluate the growth and performance of the sales team, providing reports as needed.
- Create compelling sales presentations utilizing market trends, case studies, and Facebook's network solutions.
- Analyze campaign performance statistics and recommend optimized media solutions.
- Act as a thought leader in the FMCG sector to expand Facebook’s market presence.
- Surpass sales, pricing, and yield goals for yourself and your team.
- Ensure our clients receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service.
- Represent Facebook at relevant industry events.
- Stay informed of current trends in digital marketing, technology, and relevant Facebook solutions.
- Drive education on Facebook products, company updates, and best practices relevant to clients’ businesses.
Minimum Qualifications
- Proven experience in Marketing, Consulting, Brand Advertising, Media Sales, and/or Online Advertising within the FMCG sector.
- Strong track record of driving revenue through long-term strategic relationships.
- Successful history of meeting and exceeding sales revenue goals.
- Experience engaging with C-level executives and top management.
- Ability to run sophisticated, KPI-driven performance and brand marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Established relationships with top marketing decision-makers in traditional companies and media agencies are advantageous.
- Passionate Facebook user with an enthusiasm for social media.
- Demonstrated leadership in driving change through the introduction of new performance measures, processes, and systems.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment.
- Understanding of user behavior and technology, with the ability to convey this clearly.
- Business-level proficiency in both German and English is essential.
