Your Role

Main Responsibilities
- End-to-end handling of Client Offboarding, including orchestration of all necessary activities with relevant internal partners, such as cash and asset transfers, product cancellations (e.g., cards, loans), and custody/account/relationship deactivation.
- Collaboration with other teams, including the Asset Transfer Team and Front/Back Office.
- Support for the Front Office with certain responsibilities, such as client contact, product sales, and mandate closures.
- Management of standard operating procedures and engagement in process enhancements.
- Identification and escalation of risk items to senior management as needed.
Your Team
You will be a valuable member of the Client Offboarding Team, which consolidates the end-to-end process of offboarding for all Global Wealth Management clients. This role presents a unique opportunity for professional growth and development within the organization.
Your Expertise
- Understanding of banking products.
- Proficiency in English and German (written and oral); additional languages are an advantage.
- Commercial education/diploma or a comparable qualification; a higher graduation level is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, showcasing flexibility, a positive attitude, and a results-driven mindset.
- Commitment to working 5 days a week from the office is mandatory.
- Demonstration of accuracy in outputs and a high level of service delivery.
