Your Role

Main Responsibilities
- End-to-end handling of client offboarding processes.
- Orchestrate all required activities with relevant internal partners, including cash transfers, asset transfers, product cancellations (e.g., cards, loans), and deactivation of custody/accounts/relationships.
- Collaborate with various teams, including Asset Transfer, Front Office, and Back Office.
- Support the Front Office with client interactions, product sales, and mandate closures.
- Manage standard operating procedures and lead efforts to enhance processes.
- Identify risk items and escalate issues to senior management as necessary.
Your Team
You will be working as part of the Client Offboarding Team, which consolidates the end-to-end offboarding processes for all Global Wealth Management clients. This role presents a valuable opportunity for professional development and could be your stepping stone toward a rewarding career.
Your Expertise
- Understanding of banking products.
- Proficient in English and German (both written and oral); additional languages are a plus.
- Commercial education/diploma or a comparable qualification; higher education is advantageous.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Able to thrive in a dynamic environment, demonstrating flexibility, a positive attitude, and a results-driven mindset.
- Five days in-office presence is essential.
- Proven ability to deliver outputs with accuracy and provide high-quality service.
- Curious, eager to learn, and skilled at giving and receiving feedback.
