Your Role

Are you a motivated and adaptable team member with a positive attitude and an analytical mindset? Do you possess a keen eye for detail and the ability to quickly grasp new tasks?

Your main responsibilities will include the end-to-end handling of client offboarding, encompassing:

  • Orchestration of all necessary activities with relevant internal partners, including cash transfers, asset transfers, product cancellations (e.g., cards, loans), and custody/account/relationship deactivation.
  • Collaboration with various teams, such as the Asset Transfer Team and Front/Back Office.
  • Supporting the Front Office with specific responsibilities, including client contact, product sales, and mandate closures.
  • Managing standard operating procedures and working on process enhancements.
  • Identifying risk items and escalating them appropriately to senior management.

Your Team

You will be part of the Client Offboarding Team, which consolidates the end-to-end process of offboardings for all Global Wealth Management clients. This position offers a platform for further growth and may serve as a stepping-stone for your professional career.

Your Expertise

  • Understanding of banking products.
  • Language skills: Proficient in both English and German (oral and written). Additional languages are a plus.
  • Commercial education/diploma, or equivalent; higher qualifications are advantageous.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, showcasing a positive attitude and results-driven mindset.
  • 5 days in-office work is required.
  • Proven ability to deliver outputs with accuracy and a high level of service quality.
  • Curiosity, eagerness to learn, and proficiency in giving and receiving feedback.
  • Flexibility to collaborate with various teams based on business needs and shifting work priorities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills; a definitive team player.
