Your Role

Your main responsibilities will include the end-to-end handling of client offboarding, encompassing:
- Orchestration of all necessary activities with relevant internal partners, including cash transfers, asset transfers, product cancellations (e.g., cards, loans), and custody/account/relationship deactivation.
- Collaboration with various teams, such as the Asset Transfer Team and Front/Back Office.
- Supporting the Front Office with specific responsibilities, including client contact, product sales, and mandate closures.
- Managing standard operating procedures and working on process enhancements.
- Identifying risk items and escalating them appropriately to senior management.
Your Team
You will be part of the Client Offboarding Team, which consolidates the end-to-end process of offboardings for all Global Wealth Management clients. This position offers a platform for further growth and may serve as a stepping-stone for your professional career.
Your Expertise
- Understanding of banking products.
- Language skills: Proficient in both English and German (oral and written). Additional languages are a plus.
- Commercial education/diploma, or equivalent; higher qualifications are advantageous.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, showcasing a positive attitude and results-driven mindset.
- 5 days in-office work is required.
- Proven ability to deliver outputs with accuracy and a high level of service quality.
- Curiosity, eagerness to learn, and proficiency in giving and receiving feedback.
- Flexibility to collaborate with various teams based on business needs and shifting work priorities.
