Position: Client Communications Manager (f/m/d) 100%
Your Role
- Manage invitation processes for overarching event and hospitality platforms for EMEA.
- Act as the key point of contact for ticketing-related inquiries from the Marketing Team and selected business contacts.
- Oversee the weekly distribution of key publications (wealth bulletin), including managing approvals and distribution via the UBS Campaign tool.
- Optimize client communications using analytics, A/B testing, and other methods to enhance effectiveness.
- Location: Zurich.
Your Profile
- Basic commercial training or equivalent/higher education.
- Professional experience in a client service/success role, preferably in ticketing within the tourism or hospitality sectors.
- Strong service orientation and commitment to client satisfaction.
- High affinity for digital tools and data analysis.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and dedicated.
- Excellent communication skills; proficiency in English is essential, with additional languages such as German, French, and Italian being advantageous.
