Your Role
- Manage the invitation processes for overarching event and hospitality platforms for EMEA.
- Serve as the key point of contact for ticketing-related inquiries from the Marketing Team and selected business contacts.
- Oversee the weekly distribution of the key publication (wealth bulletin), including managing the approval process and distribution using the UBS Campaign tool.
- Optimize client communications through analytics, A/B testing, and other methods to enhance effectiveness.
- The place of work will be Zurich.
Your Profile
- Basic commercial training or an equivalent higher qualification.
- Professional experience in a client service/success operational/ticketing role, preferably within the tourism or hospitality sectors.
- A high service and client orientation is essential.
- Strong affinity for digital tools and data analysis.
- A self-starter accustomed to working independently.
- Detail-oriented, demonstrating reliability, commitment, and a strong work ethic.
- Excellent communication skills; proficiency in English is required, with additional languages such as German, French, and Italian being an advantage.
