We’re looking for a Wealth Management Client Advisor to join our team in Zurich, Switzerland, specializing in the Hong Kong and China markets.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Build, establish, and grow client relationships.
• Provide trusted advice to clients in collaboration with colleagues from investment products and solutions teams.
• Develop the client book with measurable outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client investor profiles.
• Take a strategic view of clients' investments and closely monitor portfolio quality.
• Ensure compliance with all regulations, policies, and standards in alignment with our risk management culture.

Your Team

You will be part of a well-established High-Net-Worth Individual (HNWI)/Ultra-High-Net-Worth Individual (UHNWI) team covering both Hong Kong and China markets from our Zurich location, boasting decades of proven success.

Our focus is on managing, preserving, and growing our clients’ wealth while assisting them in planning for and managing succession. We provide ongoing training and continuous education opportunities for our employees to enhance personal development and better serve our clients.

As a Client Advisor, you’ll play a key role in helping us grow and maintain our position as a global leader in wealth management.

Your Expertise

• At least 15 years of proven experience and a successful track record in wealth management with leading private banks, specifically in the Hong Kong and China markets.
• Highly proficient in Mandarin and Cantonese (ideally at the native level) for sophisticated and complex financial advisory.
• Extensive network of Hong Kong and Chinese entrepreneurs, business owners of listed companies, private equity firms, U/HNWIs, and Next-Gen clients in key industries such as healthcare, technology, and commodities.
• Knowledge and experience in collaborating with Global Banking, Global Markets, Investment Banking, and Asset Management from a Wealth Management perspective, particularly with UBS’s One Bank solutions.
• A solid grasp of financial markets and regulatory frameworks in Hong Kong and China.
• Experience in business management, with enhanced risk management and process knowledge in Wealth Management considered a plus.
• Cultural competence to understand the values and investment interests of clients from both Hong Kong and China banking with UBS in Switzerland.
• A Master’s degree in Business Administration or Finance, alongside a Bachelor's degree.
