Your Role

Are you a dynamic Client Advisor who delivers an exceptional client experience? Do you have a strong track record in client advisory and sales? Are you well-connected to entrepreneurs and Ultra-High Net-Worth Individuals and Families from both Hong Kong and China? Are you a proven risk manager?

We’re seeking a Wealth Management Client Advisor in Zurich, Switzerland, to cater to both the Hong Kong and China markets.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Build, establish, and grow client relationships.
• Provide trusted advice to clients in collaboration with colleagues from investment products and solutions teams.
• Develop the client book with measurable outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client investor profiles.
• Take a strategic view of clients’ investments and closely monitor portfolio quality.
• Ensure compliance with all regulations, policies, and standards in alignment with our risk management culture.

Your Team

You will be part of a well-established High-Net-Worth Individual (HNWI)/Ultra-High-Net-Worth Individual (UHNWI) team in Zurich, Switzerland, covering both Hong Kong and China markets with decades of proven expertise.

We focus on managing, preserving, and growing our clients’ wealth, assisting them in planning for and managing succession.

As a Client Advisor, you will play a crucial role in helping us maintain our position as a global leader in wealth management.

Your Expertise

• Minimum of 15 years of experience and a strong track record in wealth management from leading private banks, specifically in the Hong Kong and China markets.
• Fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese (ideally at a native level) within the context of sophisticated and complex financial advisory.
• Extensive network among Hong Kong and Chinese entrepreneurs, business owners of listed companies, private equity firms, U/HNWIs, and Next-Gen clients across key industries, including healthcare, technology, and commodities.
• Working knowledge of collaborating with Global Banking, Global Markets, Investment Banking, and Asset Management from a Wealth Management perspective to strategize on UBS's One Bank solution would be advantageous.
• Strong understanding of financial markets and regulatory frameworks in Hong Kong and China.
• Business management experience with a focus on enhanced risk management and process knowledge in Wealth Management is a plus.
• Cultural competence in understanding the values and investment interests of clients from both Hong Kong and China who bank with UBS in Switzerland.
• A Bachelor's and Master's degree in Business Administration or Finance.
