Client Account Manager / Client Account Manageress

Your Role

Are you curious, proactive, and always striving to make a positive impact on clients? We are looking for a Client Account Manager WM to:

• Support client advisors in delivering exceptional client service and experiences.
• Assist client advisors with administrative, risk, legal, and compliance-related tasks.
• Manage daily operations in UHNW client servicing and provide high-quality service.
• Act as the primary contact for processing client orders, such as stock orders, foreign exchange, and loans and deposits.
• Oversee daily banking activities and administrative tasks for our clients.
• Manage client transactions and address inquiries and troubleshooting.
• Perform account maintenance tasks and client-related processes, including account opening and closing, suitability reviews, and conducting initial and recurring KYC and due diligence.
• Support client advisors during business trips and assist in preparing client meetings.

Your Team

The future position will be part of the Client Service Team (CST) UHNW APAC Switzerland team in Zurich. As a Client Account Manager, you'll play a vital role in delivering bespoke client services. Your Expertise

• Financial services experience, ideally within a client-facing team or other relevant commercial experience in the financial services industry.
• Unyielding attention to detail, even under pressure.
• A team player who remains calm while managing conflicting priorities.
• Ability to work with discretion, tact, and adaptability to changing demands.
• Fluency in English and Chinese is a must.
