Your Tasks

• Lead and manage a team both technically and disciplinarily.
• Plan and allocate resources efficiently to ensure high productivity.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, procedures, and regulations.
• Drive personnel development and skill management to meet deadlines.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute projects successfully.
• Implement Lean principles to improve processes and efficiency.
• Conduct 5S audits and continuously optimize operational workflows.

Your Profile

• Completed vocational apprenticeship with experience in a technical environment (aviation experience is a plus).
• Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience with strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong focus on safety, quality, and cost efficiency.
• Independent, precise, and responsible working style.
• Proficient in German and English (B2).
• Strong MS Office skills.
