Tasks
You will shape SWISS' Collective Labor Agreement strategies, support negotiations with data-driven insights, and assess operational impacts. Your work will ensure seamless integration of roster-related CLA measures into crew planning processes, balancing crew satisfaction with productivity.
Develop and refine SWISS’ Collective Labor Agreement (CLA) strategies by reviewing existing rules and adopting new ones based on social trends to enhance crew satisfaction and productivity.
Prepare comprehensive CLA proposals and actively support negotiations from an S/ZP perspective to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
Assess the impact of various CLA scenarios on operational KPIs such as crew productivity, operational stability, and crew satisfaction.
Define system requirements and ensure seamless implementation of CLA measures within crew planning systems and processes.
Collaborate with labor relations and crew management teams while building strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Requirements
Master's degree in business administration, business law, IT, human resources, or a related field.
Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with social partners.
Experience in managing complex projects and cross-functional collaboration.
Strong analytical skills with expertise in aviation industry regulations, workforce planning methodologies, or collective labor agreements.
Ability to communicate persuasively and interact professionally at all levels.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Fluent in English and German.
