Job Description

As a Civil Engineering Team Coordinator, you will be the cornerstone of coordinating your team's activities on-site. Your mission will be to ensure that works are performed in accordance with quality and safety standards. You will be involved in various projects, including the construction of roads, pipelines, and railway infrastructure. You will be responsible for managing a team of 5 to 10 people, ensuring that each member is engaged and working effectively. Reading and interpreting technical plans will also be central to your role to ensure the proper execution of tasks. Your leadership will be essential to achieving the set objectives and ensuring customer satisfaction.

What We Expect

• You must hold a team leader qualification or an equivalent title.
• Solid experience in the field of civil engineering is required.
• A good command of the French language is essential.
• You must have a vehicle and a valid driver's license.
