For one of our esteemed clients, a general contracting company, we are currently searching for a skilled professional to join their team in the Vaud region as a Site Supervisor or General Contractor.
Job Description
- Manage team members on projects and oversee personnel planning.
- Support the planning and implementation of various types and sizes of projects in the building sector.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and clients.
- Establish and maintain networking and representation of the company externally.
- Manage contract amendments and project controlling.
- Ensure compliance with deadlines and maintain safety standards on construction sites.
- Prepare offers and bids, manage invoicing, and follow up on payments.
We Expect
- A diploma in construction management (ES), site supervisor diploma, or at least 4 years of experience as a site manager, or 10 years as a site supervisor.
- Proficiency with computer tools.
- Strong organizational skills.
- A category B driving license.
- Reliability and motivation.
