Your Responsibilities

As the new Head of International IT, you will:

• Strategy & Governance: Define a target vision based on thorough analysis and further develop the strategy and governance.
• Transformation & Change: Optimize organizational and operational resilience within a SAFe environment, acting as an enabler.
• Implementation & Optimization: Cultivate a creative atmosphere, transforming the organizational culture to view IT as a business partner.
• Strategic Framework: Establish necessary frameworks for action regarding budget and strategic decisions.
• Top Team: Collaborate with a team of specialists supported by management in facilitating the desired change process.
