We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic childcare specialist to join our vibrant team.
Whether you're ready to soar full-time or part-time (60-100%), we offer a permanent position where you can thrive, grow, and truly shine.
Your Mission:
- Support & Care: Provide loving care and educational support to our little heroes, aged 3 months to 4 years.
- Inspire Learning: Implement our bilingual educational concept to foster early childhood learning and support the individual development of each child.
- Lead with Heart: Organize and lead your group with creativity, structure, and inspiration, turning everyday moments into magical learning experiences.
- Partner with Parents: Communicate openly and professionally with parents, guiding them with empathy and expertise regarding their child's development. Organize parent meetings and participate in events to build a strong community.

Your Superpowers:
- You have completed training as an EFZ childcare specialist or hold an equivalent qualification.
- You bring experience working with children and a passion for early education.
- You have excellent English skills; German is a plus.
- You are creative, flexible, and a strong team player.
- You are excited about contributing to and shaping our bilingual educational approach.
