Requirements
- Fluent in English with a B2–C1 level or higher
- Knowledge of Italian is highly preferred
- A trustworthy, caring, and experienced childcare professional who can become a valued part of the family’s life
- Experience with or an interest in the Montessori approach is a strong advantage
- A background in pedagogical or early childhood education is a plus
- First aid knowledge, particularly pediatric first aid, is preferred
