Job Description

To strengthen our team, we are searching for an English-speaking childcare assistant. Easy-kid-care is a day-care nursery that offers high-quality standards, exceptional early learning programs, and bilingual care in English and German. We encourage children between the ages of 3 months and 6 years to develop individually in their physical, mental, and social skills while being lovingly cared for by our talented team.

Your Responsibilities:

• You promote the physical, mental, and emotional development of children using easy-kid-care educational concepts.
• You focus on the basic and developmental needs of the children, ensuring they have opportunities to engage in fun activities while fostering independence.
• You observe educational and developmental processes of children.
• You work in partnership with parents, building positive, supportive relationships.
• Together with your team, you contribute to the further development of the educational concept.
