Job Description

The English Kids Club is a private afterschool childcare program caring for children aged 4-8. Our goal is to provide each child with sensitive and educational support, ensuring they are both challenged and encouraged by our staff.

The Childcare English Assistant will play a crucial role in collaborating on the design, organization, and delivery of guided and leisure activities. Responsibilities include caring for children aged 4-8 and assisting with household chores. This part-time position offers an hourly wage at 10% capacity, joining a vibrant and enjoyable learning environment!

Requirements

• Native English speaker or C1 level proficiency.
• Experience working with children aged 4-8.
• A genuine interest in child development.
• Energetic, cheerful, and reliable personality.
• Empathetic, responsible, inquisitive, flexible, and a team player.
• Ability to nurture children socially and emotionally.
• Excellent communication skills and self-confidence in facilitating activities.
• FaBe degree, social work, or equivalent qualification.
