Our client is a well-established occupational medicine center that offers a comprehensive range of occupational, traffic, and travel medical services to companies, organizations, and individuals. The interdisciplinary team collaborates with a diverse national and international client portfolio, merging medical expertise with a profound understanding of the modern working environment.

As part of a structured succession plan, we are looking for an engaged leader who will take on the professional, economic, and personnel management of our location, which comprises 6-8 employees. In addition to independently managing the practice, your responsibilities will include performing various preventive, suitability, and traffic medical examinations for a broad national and international client base.

Your Main Tasks:

• Professional, personnel, and economic management of the facility with an interdisciplinary team.
• Conducting preventive and suitability examinations in occupational and traffic medicine.
• Supporting and further developing the existing client portfolio while actively contributing to client acquisition.
• Participating in regional projects and potentially leading the training institution for occupational medicine.

Your Profile:

• Board certification in occupational medicine.
• A strong interest in occupational medicine and the pursuit of individual, practice-oriented solutions.
• Motivation for further training in traffic medicine, including aviation medicine.
• A structured, independent, and responsible working style.
• Good to very good English language skills.
