Your Responsibilities:
- Strategic development of the medical department alongside the expansion of new specialties
- Analysis and optimization of medical and economic processes to enhance efficiency
- Ensuring patient-centered, cost-effective treatment adheres to the highest quality standards
- Advising clinic management on strategic economic and medical decisions
- Representing the facility at professional conferences, scientific committees, and healthcare partnerships
Your Profile:
- Completed medical degree with specialist training and additional management training (e.g., MBA, Health Economics)
- Leadership experience in the hospital or clinical sector
- Interest in the business aspects of healthcare
- Confident demeanor in negotiations with internal and external partners
