We are seeking an experienced and dedicated individual for the position of Senior Physician (m/f/d) (80-100%) at a renowned medical institution in Bonstetten. This role involves further developing medical quality with high expertise, leadership strength, and an innovative spirit, while effectively leading the medical team.
Your Responsibilities:
- Technical, organizational, and personnel leadership of the medical department in close collaboration with hospital or clinic management.
- Ensuring patient-oriented, high-quality medical care according to the latest scientific findings.
- Leading and promoting the medical team, including personnel planning, further education, and mentoring of young physicians.
- Development and implementation of innovative treatment concepts and quality measures to optimize medical services.
- Close interdisciplinary collaboration with other departments, nursing staff, and external cooperation partners.
- Participation in strategic decisions of the clinic to actively shape the further development of medical offerings.
- Responsibility for compliance with legal regulations, quality standards, and economic efficiency in patient care.
- Participation in scientific projects, clinical research, or teaching activities depending on interest and focus of the institution.
Your Profile:
- Completed medical degree with specialist training in a relevant medical field.
- Several years of professional experience in a leadership role in acute hospitals, specialized clinics, or a university setting.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop an interdisciplinary team.
- High level of strategic thinking, organizational talent, and decision-making ability.
- Solid knowledge in quality management and medical process optimization.
- Excellent communication skills and a confident demeanor in interactions with patients, professionals, and external partners.
- Proficiency in German, both spoken and written; additional languages are a plus.
