Job Title: Head of Operations and Senior Actuary

The Head of Operations and Senior Actuary is a pivotal role responsible for leading the pricing and underwriting functions while ensuring the efficient day-to-day operations of our Bermuda office. This position involves managing a dedicated Bermuda-based team, coordinating delivery across various functions and service providers, and providing support to the Group Director, executive management, and the Board in the execution of our approved strategy, business plan, and regulatory obligations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the pricing and underwriting teams to enhance operational effectiveness.
• Manage and mentor the Bermuda office team, fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Coordinate with various departments and external service providers to ensure seamless operations.
