Job Title: Head of Operations and Senior Actuary

The Head of Operations and Senior Actuary plays a crucial role in steering the pricing and underwriting functions while ensuring the smooth daily operations of our Bermuda office. This leadership position is responsible for managing the Bermuda-based team, coordinating efforts across various functions and service providers, and providing support to the Group Director, executive management, and the Board in executing approved strategies, business plans, and regulatory obligations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the pricing and underwriting functions to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
