Responsibilities and Essential Duties
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
- Oversee the operation and continuous improvement of ABB’s integrity program, supporting Business Areas in adhering to required elements.
- Lead the corporate investigations team and support the development of technologies for monitoring and investigating potential violations of the Code of Conduct.
- Design and execute the global integrity program, including reviewing and updating integrity policies and procedures.
- Foster a culture of integrity and ethical behavior within the company and facilitate confidential reporting of issues.
- Develop strategies and processes to ensure all areas of the organization understand and own their legal and ethical obligations.
- Conduct risk assessments to identify potential integrity vulnerabilities and create action plans to address them.
- Manage a team of integrity professionals and maintain ongoing integrity training and awareness.
- Collaborate with Business Areas to identify integrity risks and develop solutions.
- Promote a culture of responsibility for integrity throughout the organization and support managers in their roles.
