Key Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for finance, accounting, controlling, and reporting.
• Serve as a strategic sparring partner for management and the board of directors.
• Oversee annual financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and mid-term planning.
• Manage liquidity control, cash management, and financing strategies.
• Develop and enhance controlling systems, KPIs, and internal control systems.
• Act as the primary point of contact for audits, banks, tax authorities, and external partners.
• Lead and develop the finance team.
• Participate in M&A projects, investment decisions, and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Completed studies in business administration, finance, or accounting (FH/Uni), with additional qualifications (e.g., certified expert in accounting and controlling, MBA, MAS Finance) preferred.
• Several years of leadership experience in a comparable CFO or head of finance role.
• In-depth knowledge of accounting (OR, Swiss GAAP FER), controlling, and tax law.
• Experience with ERP and BI systems (e.g., SAP, Abacus, Power BI).
• Strong entrepreneurial thinking combined with strategic foresight.
• Confident presence at the executive and board levels.
• Fluent in German, with good knowledge of English.
