About the Company:

We are an internationally focused Swiss asset management company based in the Canton of Schwyz. As an asset manager under the Swiss Financial Institutions Act (FinIA), we provide our clients with asset management, financial advisory, and related financial services. Operating within an international environment, we act both on our own account and on behalf of third parties, combining financial expertise with an entrepreneurial approach to identify and develop investment opportunities.

As we embark on the next phase of our corporate development, we are seeking an accomplished and internationally experienced Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the company, strengthen our existing business, and drive strategic expansion into new markets and investment sectors, with a primary focus on Life Sciences (particularly artificial intelligence) and international markets, emphasizing the United Kingdom, Asia, and Eastern Europe.

Your Role:

As CEO, you will bear overall responsibility for the strategic, operational, and commercial development of the company. Collaborating closely with the Board of Directors, shareholders, and other senior stakeholders, you will define and implement the corporate strategy while leading the continued development of the company as an international Swiss asset manager. You will leverage your strong leadership and investment expertise, coupled with entrepreneurial thinking, extensive transaction experience, and a deep understanding of international financial markets.

How You Will Contribute to Our Success:

• Assume overall responsibility for the strategic, operational, and commercial management of the company and translate its long-term vision into measurable business objectives.
• Identify, assess, and develop new markets, focusing on the United Kingdom, Asia, and Eastern Europe, as well as investment opportunities and strategic partnerships in the Life Sciences sector (particularly artificial intelligence).
• Drive fundraising initiatives and expand the company’s international investor and business network, particularly in the United Kingdom, Asia, and Eastern Europe.
• Lead and oversee investment activities across asset and portfolio management, corporate finance, M&A, private equity, and fundraising.
• Lead, develop, and support the management team and employees while establishing a culture of excellence, accountability, integrity, and entrepreneurial thinking.

Requirements:

• A university degree with excellent academic results from a top-tier university in Life Science Entrepreneurship.
• Strong industry knowledge and relevant professional experience in Life Sciences and AI, including the ability to assess companies, technologies, markets, and investment opportunities in these sectors.
• Several years of international leadership experience in the financial sector, ideally in asset or wealth management, investment management, private equity, corporate finance, investment banking, or a comparable environment.
• A proven track record in areas such as corporate finance, financial analysis, M&A, transaction execution, fundraising, private equity, portfolio management, and investment management, particularly in Life Sciences (especially artificial intelligence).
• Demonstrated ability to identify and develop new markets and business opportunities, translating strategic opportunities into sustainable commercial growth – preferably with leadership experience in Asia and the United Kingdom.
• Excellent communication, representation, and negotiation skills, along with the ability to build trusted relationships with boards of directors, shareholders, investors, clients, and senior stakeholders.
• A high degree of integrity, discretion, resilience, and sound judgment, particularly when handling confidential information and complex decisions.
• Languages: English and Russian.
• Willingness to be based in Switzerland for this role.
