About the Role
As Chief Concierge at The Park Gstaad, A Four Seasons Hotel, you will lead the Concierge team to deliver personalized, memorable guest experiences that exceed expectations in our luxury alpine resort. This role ensures seamless coordination of guest requests, VIP services, and local partnerships while upholding Four Seasons' legendary service standards.
What You Will Do
- Lead the Concierge team in creating bespoke guest experiences and managing VIP protocols.
- Coordinate restaurant reservations, private transfers, skiing arrangements, and exclusive local experiences.
- Build and maintain relationships with key Gstaad partners (restaurants, ski schools, private guides, etc.).
- Handle guest requests with discretion, creativity, and flawless execution.
- Train and mentor Concierge staff to Four Seasons standards of personalized service.
- Collaborate with Front Office, F&B, and Rooms Division for seamless guest journeys.
- Monitor guest feedback and service metrics to continuously elevate the concierge offering.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of leadership experience as Chief Concierge or in a senior concierge role within luxury hotels.
- Proven success in creating exceptional VIP guest experiences in resort destinations.
- Deep knowledge of Gstaad/Swiss Alps lifestyle, activities, and high-end partners.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills (English fluency required; proficiency in German or French is a plus, and additional languages are advantageous).
- Familiarity with luxury service standards.

Schedule & Hours
This is a full-time position with flexibility required for evenings, weekends, and holidays based on seasonal demands. Typical opening times are June-September (summer) and December-March (winter).
