Join Our R&D Team as a Chemist, Chemical Engineer, or Materials Scientist
We are seeking a passionate individual to join our Research and Development team to help develop next-generation salt hydrate-based thermal storage materials. You will be involved from the lab bench to pilot scale, playing a critical role in the formulation, testing, scale-up, and industrialization of our materials.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize innovative salt hydrate formulations for thermal energy storage.
- Conduct lab-scale synthesis, testing, and analysis of new materials.
- Plan and manage scale-up from lab to pilot and industrial scale.
- Characterize materials using thermal, physical, and chemical techniques.
- Document findings, prepare technical reports, and support patent processes.
- Collaborate with engineers to translate lab results into product solutions.
- Present progress in internal meetings and contribute to technical roadmaps.
- Ensure lab safety and maintain high-quality standards throughout.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's, Master's degree, or PhD in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Materials Science.
- Practical experience in R&D of inorganic materials or crystallization processes is a plus.
- Proficiency in analytical and characterization methods for thermal storage materials.
- Solid understanding of lab safety and chemical handling.
- Strong documentation, reporting, and communication skills.
- Fluency in English; German is an advantage.
- Self-driven, structured, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
