Responsibilities:
- Line cooking and managing all food preparation within the designated section.
- Flexibility to work in various kitchen sections as a Chef Tournant.

- Demonstrate strong organizational skills.
- Can thrive in a busy kitchen environment.
- Communicate effectively in English.
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar or identical role is expected.
- Possess strong interpersonal skills and a strong work ethic.
- High-end cooking experience is essential.
- Casual cooking and catering experience is also essential.
- Knowledge of international cuisines, including pastry, is required.
- A deep understanding of and interest in cultural diversity.
- Dedication to the ongoing development and excellence of Institut auf dem Rosenberg, along with a commitment to the school’s values and ethos.
- Eligibility to work in Switzerland (EU/EFTA).
