Responsibilities:
- Oversee line cooking and manage all food preparation in your section.
- Midshipman in various sections of the kitchen as a Chef Tournant.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar or identical role.
- Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills and a robust work ethic.
- Essential high-end cooking experience.
- Casual cooking and catering experience are vital.
- Knowledge of international cuisines and pastry is a must.
- A profound understanding of and interest in cultural diversity.
- Commitment to the ongoing development and excellence of the Institut auf dem Rosenberg, alongside alignment with the school’s values and ethos.
- Eligibility to work in Switzerland (EU/EFTA).
