Your Responsibilities
- Prepare the daily mise en place
- Oversee and manage your designated kitchen station
- Maintain order and cleanliness in accordance with the company's hygiene standards throughout the kitchen
- Actively participate in implementing sustainability initiatives
Your Profile
- Professional training in the hotel industry with relevant work experience
- Good command of English (German is not mandatory)
- Team-oriented mindset
- Reliable, flexible, and open to new ideas
