Responsibilities:
- Oversee line cooking and take charge of food preparation in your section.
- Work in various sections of the kitchen as a Chef Tournant.
- Assist in the Patisserie under the guidance of our Sous Chefs.

Requirements:
- Experience in a similar or equivalent position is expected.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and a diligent work ethic.
- Possess high-end cooking experience.
- Have casual cooking and catering experience.
- Knowledge of international cuisines and pastry is essential.
- Exhibit a profound understanding and interest in cultural diversity.
- Show dedication to the continuous development and excellence of the Institut auf dem Rosenberg, aligning with the school's values and ethos.
- Legally eligible to work in Switzerland (EU/EFTA).
