Job Opening: Chef de Partie (H/F) 100% - Starting October 1st, 2026

We are currently seeking a dedicated and talented Chef de Partie for our Culinary Arts Academy campus in Le Bouveret. This position reports to the Executive Chef and offers the opportunity to join a dynamic team committed to delivering high-quality education and culinary programs to a multicultural student body.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide quality food production with the support of the kitchen team.
• Supervise students in food production to ensure adherence to our high standards.
• Collaborate with the team to improve services and contribute innovative ideas for variety.
• Apply HACCP standards and ensure compliance in the production sector.
• Address and follow up on students' needs effectively.

Requirements

• Degree (CFC or equivalent) in Culinary Arts.
• 3-4 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong international culinary knowledge.
• Fluency in both French and English.
• A passion for the culinary field and the hospitality industry.
• Demonstrated patience, maturity, and leadership skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities.
• Swiss nationality, valid permit, or European nationality (CE/AELE).
