Responsibilities:
- Engage in line cooking and manage all food preparation in your designated section.
- Work across various sections of the kitchen in a Chef tournant capacity.
- Assist in the Patisserie under the guidance of our Sous Chefs.

Requirements:
- Relevant experience in a similar or identical position is expected.
- Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills and a hardworking demeanor.
- Essential high-end cooking experience.
- Casual cooking and catering experience are important.
- Familiarity with international cuisines and pastry is necessary.
- Candidates must have a deep understanding of and interest in cultural diversity.
- Dedication to the continued development and excellence of the Institut auf dem Rosenberg, along with a commitment to the school's values and ethos.
- Eligibility to work in Switzerland (EU/EFTA).
