We are excited to present a permanent position for our client at Zurich Airport:
Position: Chef de Partie
Full-time (100%)
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation and regeneration of cold and warm dishes
- Plating and distribution of high-quality food
- Receiving goods and conducting quality control
- Adhering to HACCP hygiene regulations and occupational safety standards
- Performing cleaning tasks
- Conducting inventory counts and following all operational instructions
- Professionally representing the company externally
- Participating in team meetings and internal training
- Ordering and sourcing sustainably produced food
- Implementing quality and environmental standards
Requirements:
- Completed professional cooking apprenticeship (EFZ)
- Several years of professional experience in a similar position
- High customer and service orientation
- Solid knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards
- Good understanding of kitchen organization, inventory management, and stock control
- Structured, independent, and efficient working style
- Strong sense of responsibility, reliability, and teamwork
- Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and holidays (05:00 - 22:30)
- Clean criminal record
- Good German language skills are mandatory; English is desired, and additional languages are a plus
