Responsibilities:
- Manage all food preparation in your section, focusing on line cooking.
- Work across various sections of the kitchen as a Chef Tournant.

- Experience in high-end cooking is essential.
- Casual cooking and catering experience are also necessary.
- Knowledge of international cuisines and pastry skills.
- Have a deep understanding of and interest in cultural diversity.
- Commitment to the ongoing development and excellence of the Institut and alignment with the school's values and ethos.
- Must be eligible to work in Switzerland (EU/EFTA).
