Within the Corporate Global Solutions (CGS) team, your role will be vital in enhancing our global coordination and supporting sustainable growth for clients engaged in international operations.
Role Purpose
As a CGS Account Officer, you will facilitate the implementation and coordination of international credit insurance programs for multinational clients. Collaborating closely with Account Managers and Coface entities worldwide, you will ensure the seamless execution of policy issuance, client support, and reporting. Your contributions are crucial in maintaining high service quality, ensuring compliance, and bolstering the success of Coface’s Corporate Global Solutions offering.
Your Main Missions
Account Management Support
- Provide administrative and operational support to Account Managers in managing CGS programs.
- Advise customers and/or brokers both locally and internationally.
- Prepare proposals, contractual terms, and contract extensions in collaboration with Account Managers.
- Issue local CGS policy documents based on instructions from Coface entities worldwide.
- Instruct back-office teams to issue policies for entities within insured groups and ensure the quality of contractual documentation.
- Coordinate and supervise the policy activation process globally, including specific wording amendments.
- Draft and manage standard and customized Master Agreement wordings.
- Ensure timely and accurate execution of all assigned tasks.
- Deliver high-quality support to local CGS policyholders and brokers through direct communication.
- Prepare and consolidate reports from various internal systems.
Market Knowledge
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of all Coface products.
Communication
- Supply management with verbal and written reports on customer needs, issues, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
Risk Management and Compliance
- Adhere to compliance standards as set by Coface and Financial Regulators.
Candidate Profile
Education
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Banking, or a related field.
- AFA Insurance Intermediary Certificate (Non-Life module).
Experience
- At least 2 years of experience in a commercial assistant role, ideally within an insurance, banking, claims, or factoring organization.
- Previous experience in a multicultural/international environment is a plus.
