Your Role
As a Dipl. Specialist in Intensive Care NDS 80-100%, you will play an essential role in the highly specialized care of patients in intensive care units. Your expertise and experience in intensive care will contribute significantly to the optimal treatment of critically ill individuals.
Your Responsibilities
- Care and support of patients with complex medical conditions in the intensive care unit
- Monitoring vital signs and continuously adjusting therapy in close collaboration with physicians
- Executing specialized nursing interventions such as ventilation management, pain therapy, and infusion therapy
- Implementing and evaluating evidence-based nursing concepts to optimize treatment outcomes
- Advising and supporting relatives in dealing with intensive care challenges

Your Profile
- Completed training as a Dipl. Specialist in Intensive Care NDS
- Several years of professional experience in intensive care or emergency care is an advantage
- Strong sense of responsibility, analytical skills, and decision-making ability
- Ability to work interdisciplinarily and guide professionals
- Very good German language skills in spoken and written form
